Introducing a new bicycle workshop for York with repairs and servicing at Feather Cycles.

Moving into our new space meant we had lots of room for growth and one of the first things I wanted to add was a repair and servicing workshop. In the first few months, this has been a very valuable addition to what Feather cycles can offer locally and has brought with it a real feel of community. We have worked on bikes of all ages, from a 70 year old Triumph to the assembly of brand new custom builds and chidren’s balance bikes to high performance triathlon bikes for world class athletes.

In addition to working on all and any bikes, we also love to service older Feather builds. It’s so nice to see the bikes back in the workshop and give them a new lease of life. Since opening in September 2024, we have had around a dozen Feather’s back in the workshop. Some for as little as a basic or annual service and a couple for a full overhaul, respray and fresh internal treatment. We offer a collection and redelivery service for all Feather custom builds (UK Only), so please contact us if you would like us to carry out any work on your Feather build.

We are fully equipped for Silca chain waxing, Chris King hub and BB servicing and any other specialty work which often comes with the nature of servicing high end custom builds.
